Our Story:

How Cheesecake Changed the Snoball Game.

It all started in the spring of 2011 with a simple dream: to enjoy a delicious snoball, any time of year. Our founder, Kerry Crossley, a lifelong snoball enthusiast, was tired of the seasonal stands and the sticky car rides. He envisioned a place where you could savor a snoball indoors, in a fun and comfortable atmosphere.

But he didn’t stop there. Kerry and his wife, Monika, wanted to create something truly special. They combined two of their favorite desserts – the New Orleans snoball and creamy cheesecake – and the Original Cheesecake Stuffed Snoball was born.

From our first location to becoming a beloved New Orleans brand, our mission has remained the same: to serve up the most delicious, innovative, and high-quality snoballs in the city. We’re proud to be a part of the New Orleans community and to share our passion for dessert with you.
