Every Catering Event is Unique

Pricing for catering events will depend on a number of factors. First select what type of snoballs you want to have available for your guests and then determine the number of hours you would like us to be present for your event.

Vendor Events

To have us sell at your event, please provide the vendor fee and expected attendance so we can check our availability.

Charities

We love supporting charities! Due to high demand, we cannot always donate, but we are happy to discuss providing our services at cost. Please contact us with details about your event.

Request For Proposal

Standard Package

  • Rate: $300 for the first hour, $100 for each additional hour.

  • Includes: Up to 50 snoballs per hour.

High-Volume Package

  • Rate: Starts at $450 for the first hour (for 51-100 snoballs), $100 for each additional hour.

  • Note: Pricing for very large events is customized by guest count and duration.

    • Example: 150 guests for 2 hours = $600.

Public Events & “Open Tab”

  • Ideal for public affairs where you treat guests to a snoball.

  • Rate: $500 for the first hour, $100 for each additional hour.

  • Includes: Up to 150 snoballs per hour and 3 staff members.

  • Contact us for a custom quote if you expect more than 150 snoballs per hour.

Event Space Requirements

  • Access to a standard electrical outlet.

  • Space for two 6-foot tables.

  • For outdoor events, a tent or covered area is required (we can bring our own).

  • Please note: We do not operate from a catering truck.
